We are resetting the bar by providing the right culture and accent for US companies and their call center campaigns. We do so by employing only people who have lived in the US, not expats who want extra work, but professional call center personnel that are bilingual and want to use their English skills. When you are a 4.5 hour drive to San Antonio, the culture of a city and area even as large as Monterrey, Mexico (our main hub - population 5 million) has elements of US culture visible. The people go back and forth all the time. Less than a five hour flight from the furthest major cities in the US, in mountain time zone, and boasts fantastic weather. Monterrey translates to “King of the Mountains” due to it being surrounded by the three different mountain ranges of the Sierra Madre. We also have wonderful people in Guadalajara – which has even better weather.
